please read before booking.

Retainer fee.
In order to book an appointment a $25 deposit is required, this will be discounted from your total at the end of your service. If service isn’t performed, you do not get this money back. If I am at fault, your deposit will be refunded or moved to your next booking.

Please arrive on time.
I have a 10 minute grace period, anything over that is $10 late fee, 15 minutes late, your appointment is canceled and retainer fee will not be refunded. If early, wait on our waiting room, I’m most likely finishing a client or prepping for you.

Cancellations
if you need to cancel, please cancel at least 24 hours ahead so your deposit can be refunded or put towards your rescheduled appointment. Failure to cancel on time, your deposit will be kept, except on emergencies.

Emergencies/ No call, no shows
I’m very understanding so if you have an emergency, please communicate and we can figure it out, if “emergencies” become a habit and happen too often you will be banned, no call no shows get one pass, then it’s a ban. Text if you can’t show up.

What if your tech is behind?
If I am running over 10 minutes behind on you, you get $5 off.
if I need to cancel my day due to an emergency you will be rescheduled at the time that works best for you with no extra charge, in case you don’t wish to reschedule you will be getting your deposit back.

Please book accordingly.
Please make sure you book the correct services so we have the correct time span for you, you get what you book for. If a new client, please come with bare hands, I don’t work over other people’s work or offer soak offs unless you’re a returning client and it’s time for one.

Booking time frame
you can book as late as one day before, as early as a month ahead. If available, same day squeeze ins are $10. Appointments on my day off, if available are $30 more. EARLY morning or after hour appointments are $50 (think 8pm-7am) you MUST text me personally to book.

Fixes
I only fix MISTAKES, within a 5 day timeframe from your appointment.

Kids are not allowed, space is very tight.
Please let me know ahead of time if you’re bringing Someone else
(they might have to wait for you outside).

SMS consent.
By booking an appointment and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding confirmations, reminders and promos.
