$25 “deposit” (retainer fee) is required to book, it will be discounted at the end of performed service/s.

You will receive a reminder text from my system 48hrs before your appointment but feel free to text/dm me anytime with questions and inspo pics.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs in advance to transfer or refund your deposit.

cancellations and reschedules can be done in your client portal at least 24hrs before appt time so the retainer fee can be transferred, feel free to text/dm. me if your account is having issues.

If you need to cancel within the 24hrs, it must be done by text and retainer fee is no longer refundable.

I understand emergencies happen just make sure you let me know you won’t show up. No calls, no shows get one pass then will be banned from booking again. If “emergencies” become a habit and happen too often you will be banned. Text/call if you can’t show up.

My grace period. is 10 minutes. 9-14 minutes late= $10 fee. fifteen minutes late = your appointment is canceled and deposit kept. if two services have been booked and you show up 15 min late, one service will be performed and paid full, deposit will be kept to cover lost time. similarly, if I am the one running 10min+ behind you will receive $5 off.

One tardy sets back my whole schedule, your late fee goes to cover MY late fee. if you expect to be late, kindly let me know.

after hour services (after 6pm) have a $50 fee which must be paid with the deposit, those can be booked here and deposit paid as usual but the $50 fee must be sent through zelle/Apple Pay to my phone number (561-386-9651) immediately upon booking.

If the payment isn’t received within an hour upon booking, it will be canceled and your deposit refunded.

For after-hours do not select the designs, only manicure and pedicure for a more accurate look at the available times. Please write design tier on the “leave a message” box.

I am closed on Sundays and Mondays. If available, the day off fee is $30 which will be sent with your deposit, you MUST text me to book me on my days off.

THESE FEES ARE NOT A DEPOSIT. IT IS NOT DISCOUNTED FROM YOUR SERVICE. this is my overtime rate. only refundable if appointment is canceled at least 24hrs ahead.

Booking online is available at least 24hrs before, if you need to be squeezed in you can text me, squeeze in fee is $10. I like to ensure I have the right time for your service, to handle unexpected issues, and to properly sanitize in between clients.

Please book the correct services so we have the full time reserved- you’ll receive what you book for.

New clients must arrive with bare nails, I do not soak off or work over other salons/techs work.

Returning clients, please make sure to book a soak off if needed, these are free but booking them gives us the time needed.

Space in my studio is very limited so please do not bring extra guests, if for whatever reason you must bring someone, NOTIFY ME AHEAD of time and they might have to wait for you in our waiting room. there are hazardous chemicals everywhere and very limited space..
