Hi! I’m Kathy. I am a 24 year old nail tech based on South Florida, Founder and Nail Artist at Yap&Nails | Owner of Metanoia Glam LLC. I started doing nails at 19, with five years of experience; I aim to help others achieve long healthy nails and expression through nail art. My goal is for Yap&nails to be a safe space for everyone, a place where you’ll never feel judged, can talk about anything and express yourself! I believe in building a community, specially in this modern day and climate, I highly believe there is a need for a safe space, judgement-free. Below you can see, I am my own nail tech, I got tired of my nails ripping off, being brittle, the rushed services and the same nail designs, finding someone who is creative and original was very hard in this area (if they do cool designs, the prep work or structure sucked, if the nail care was good the designs weren’t) so I decided to become my own nail tech!!.
